Take advantage of the Education and Work section in your facebook profile info

This trick is so obvious that most people have overlooked it — me included — until very recently. And now that the new Facebook profiles are officially here, it is time to take advantage of the slick design!

So, click “Info” on the left-hand side (under your picture) and look around. What is the first thing you see? Pictures and “Education and Work.” Edit this info to include your position (professional blogger, social media expert, marketing guru, etc.). Add the link to your Fan Page in the Description area. Click “Save Changes” and return to your profile. The link is now clickable.

The next time people will visit the info section in your profile to learn more about you, one of the first things that they will see is the link to your Fan Page.
